Stradbroke Courthouse – Library and Post Office

The Stradbroke Village Show runs in the Community Centre usually in July and is a chance for local people and families to show off their wonderful home grown vegetables, homemade cakes, flower arrangements, needle craft and even a photo competition for the children. This is fantastic for the family with small prizes and certificates to be won. Refreshments are available from the community centre kitchen and lots of other stalls such as Tombola, raffle, and bric a brac to take a look at. A wonderful family day which soon becomes tradition for the village families.

Stradbroke Swimming Pool & Fitness Centre is well known for its great swimming pool which offers a range of wet activities as well as our award winning swim school. The 35 station gym features a wide range of fitness equipment and is manned by our REPs qualified gym instructors who are at hand to help members achieve their goals. Stradbroke Swimming Pool & Fitness Centre also offers its customers a varied group exercise programme by utilising local facilities, we offer classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Metafit and much more (see website or Facebook page for latest Covid-19 guidance) Outside are 3 clay tennis courts which are run in partnership with Stradbroke Tennis Club.
