We are delighted to report that two new permissive footpaths in Stradbroke will open on the 1st July, thanks to the generosity of Rattlerow Farms (in particular Charlotte & Adrian Lawson) working in partnership with the Stradbroke Trust. One of the paths will be of great benefit to some allotment holders as it links the Village Gardens to Grove End and Westhall. The other links the end of New Street (by the Black Barns) to the public footpath network to Battlesea Green or just round to Skinners. Please read the notice from Rattlerow with associated maps. It is possible to create a relatively short circular walk using both paths and we understand Dennis Merritt will be producing a guided map soon that we will publish.
