Thank you to everyone who ventured out in the rain on Sunday to help plant approximately 400 trees as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy Woodland. Despite the rain an empty field was transformed in less than 2 hours and will become a wonderful place for all to enjoy in years to come. Special thanks to Luke Heydon for his expert advice and hard work on the day and to Jane Merritt who did all the planning in advance and a bit of work on the day! We must also thank Rattlerow Farms for permitting use of their land.
